Ernest has finally left the city- it's all he's been wishing for since he moved out. Luckily, his grandfather has offered him a place to stay; the small forest town of Sylvan. Just so happens in this town is a man named Ronan, known as a strange, secretive man who lives in the thicket of the woods. Despite his attempts to hide from society, he's captivated by Ernest, drawn to him. What's not known however, is that Ronan has a secret; he's cursed.
The town is growing more suspicious as more farm animals are found dead and mutilated. Ronan is starting to lose control of himself the more days pass, and Ernest is growing more curious about him. He can't let his secret get out, especially to the entire town.
