One year ago, Link defeated Ganon, freeing Zelda and saving Hyrule. After not having seen Link in many months, they are finally reunited at Zelda's coronation on her 18th birthday. The circumstances of their meeting, however, are not what either of them imagined.
This story takes places between the end of the botw story line and the beginning of the totk story line, and tells the story of what happened in that time.
P.S. this is a zelink story, but there will only be fluff here, sorry :)

They named the first daughter Zelda, hoping the Goddess Hylia would answer their prayers and keep the tradition of her unlocked the sacred power to seal Calamity Ganon. The second daughter, (Y/n), was hidden from the public eye at the request of the King. Zelda spent almost her whole life with government studies and prayer being stuffed into her face, her personal passions being frowned upon. (Y/n), on the other hand, had no duties to fulfill and instead studied alongside her sister, became a knight, and made a certain special friend. The peace is shattered though, when traces of an enemy long believed gone begin to arise. The princess and her hero investigate, they soon find themselves torn apart, and thrust into a new world of danger. Will they be able to preserve the victory their friends had given their lives for? And will Link be able to face his greatest fear of all? The Lonely Hero is the sequel to The Lonely Knight, a novelization of BOTW. This book follows the same characters as that book, in this rewritten version of TOTK.Complete
My Silent Knight
It has been a year since the princess and her knight were able to reunite and seal the horror that was Calamity Ganon. Now, the princess wonders through her kingdom of Hyrule, attempting to help her subjects and return the kingdom to it's former glory. Through her travels, she makes sure to keep her silent knight close to her, afraid to ever loose him again. Now, her appreciation and feelings towards the knight grew stronger and through every moment, good and bad, she is determined to stay by his side and never loose him, even if that means loosing herself. Authors Note: Hello! This is my first ever story and I was really bored one day so I decided to just start typing! I did not plan for this story to go for this long but since so many have been reading it and loving it I have been adding in extra chapters! Thank you for checking it out and I hope you enjoy :) P.S. The Princess and Her Knight - A Breath of the Wild FanFiction
Before the Great Calamity, Zelda and Link travel amongst Hyrule together. They must learn to tolerate each other on their journey. Zelda, having barely been able to leave the castle much before him, discovered her sense of adventure when she went out with Link. Is it possible that the two of them harbored a secret admiration for each other than ran deeper than friendship? Or would Link maintain his silence and not speak to the princess at all? This story flashes back from before and after the Great Calamity. What happens after Link defeats Calamity Ganon? This story is very long, but if I do say so myself, I think it's worth it!
