George Orwel once said that writers have become lame, for they avoid to describe things in detail and do proper research before they write a piece. Writing is valuable both aesthetically and informationally. That is what this is. A project that has gotten way out of hand out of mere love for reading and writing. This work is still ever changing and includes some mistakes. It is a veeeery long and sometimes boring essay. I would appreciate any feedback I may receive. It takes a hard mind to read through the entity of this story. But if writers must show more efforts for the sake of literature, readers must too. 

Anyways it is about an entire life of a stranger in gotham city. I call her a stranger because she is my personal addition to a mainstream story of DC comics. The protagonist (or should i say antagonist) is a young doctor who goes by the name of Diana Jane Watson. Diana is often described by her peers as a mean, vain and selfish woman. (If she had any real peers). The only gift Diana has is that of her beauty. You will find her problems evolve around those two topics. Well, that and murder :). You have seen many stories through the eyes of the acclaimed detective (and sometimes hero) the Batman. Now, you can see what it is like to be the villain of his stories. Read if you like. There's the Penguin, the Joker, the Scarecrow, Roman Sionis, Dick Grayson, Jim Gordon, Bane and of course the bat himself. And in this book i hope to achieve a modern and somewhat realistic depiction of these characters and their (altered) stories. All the while i hope my writing remains partially mystery.

He's got a wonderful sense of humor, he makes her pulse race, and is he ever a stylish dresser. Only problem is, he's a new intake and a probable mass murderer. Is this some kind of a joke life's playing on her? And how can she believe he's serious? And then there's Slade, who is not the kind to give up easily. He's been away, busy with a squad with suicidal tendencies, but he promised to come back for her.

(Before we start just know that the reader will be the same Robin from the Arkham Series, only Barbara won't be set up as the love interest. Once again I'm sorry for those who really loved her as Y/n's girlfriend.) I know people have done this already but I wanted to give it a try, so here's The Batman 2004. Bruce Wayne lives two lives with one being that of a billionaire playboy living with the average ordinary butler Alfred Pennyworth, and the other being vigilante of Gotham City Batman. Throughout the series he'll make enemies and allies. (I own nothing of The Batman as those rights go directly to DC Comics and creators of Batman.)

This is a realism-based story that takes place in modern 21st century Gotham City, a fictional city in an unnamed state along the eastern seaboard in what is assumed to be the United States. There are no meta-humans, or any other beings with any kind of super-powers, and all of the Bat's gizmos are based off of existing 2010 to 2020 technology. Bruce Wayne is a 27 year old man who struggles with being a CEO and a masked vigilante, Penguin is a typical, yet eccentric crime boss, Harleen Quinzel is having trouble dealing with what she was, compared to what the Joker turned her in to, and as for the Joker himself? He is, for lack of a better term: Bat-Shit crazy. This is my personal view of what might happen if a masked and armored vigilante began a crusade to clean up crime in a city the size of Boston or Manhattan. I tried to make the characters as real as possible, although I took a little poetic license and made the GCPD consider the Bat more of a nuisance rather than a wanted criminal, which while realistic would have created an entirely different story. As an aspiring writer, it's difficult not to look at stories you love and wonder 'What if?' I have notice how the Joker's origin in The Killing Joke and the Joker movie (2019) both stories take place during the 1980s. But what if it took place today? That's what I try to answer! In this original work I explore how a complex character like the Joker could emerge and be influence by current social problems. It's a romantic, and specially mysterious short story that I wish one day could help me make it to DC as a comic book writer, and if I don't, at least I enjoyed writing it, and I hope you enjoy reading it! Disclaimer: This story is an original idea, of course I reference moments from DC comics and I borrow their characters to tell the story (After all, It's a fan fiction), but each character belongs to the respective owners.

So, she enlisted the help of Gotham's most notorious criminal of all: the Joker. All she asked was that she help him with his missions so she would be associated with a bigger name. To her wonder, he accepted this proposal, and their deal was made. But, when one mission didn't go as planned, Joker almost entirely blamed (Y/N). He saw her as a liability now, not an aid. But, something prevented him from immediately punishing her with a shot between the eyes. Instead, he decided to play a little game with her and make a deal of his own: She'd show him that she could be useful, or she died. But, when a psycho starts to develop feelings, and when tensions build with the notorious Two-Face, that type of deal isn't as simple as it sounds.

I started writing my first fanfic story because I read a lot of fan fiction were the reader is "batmom" usually the storyline is about how she was this amazing hero who fights with the batfamily. Of course different artists have their own unique batmom. But somehow all of the batmoms that I have read didn't really have what I wanted so it just inspired me to write my own batmom. "I could've taken them," I scoff. "Why did you save me?" "We watched you take out the last group of thugs," Harley says. "We've been looking for a protégé, sorta like how Batsy has that sidekick, Robin, was it?" Joker grins. "We like you. You're funny." ...
