Blue hour is the period of twilight when a blue skies darkens every after the sunsets. it shows every 6pm and it last 30minutes to disappear.
every blue hour I feel nostalgic and felt like there is some meaning behind it. Also that man on the balcony alone, he appeared every blue hour. I knew that he's related to me because I feel it. not until I found out that he doesn't really exist..
