The only thing that the police said was that the video cameras never lie. The two girls know their innocent. The girls know about hacking and have an idea how the cameras lied. But they have to be on the police force to find out who did it. They have never been caught doing anything illegal. To their luck, the police chief came in and offered them a job in the police force, instead of going to jail. They can finally can find out who framed them. The chief said that they start ASAP.
