North America's democracy has finally turned on its self and the countrymen have turned on each other. It's the next generation and all they know are the Three Sanctions of Anarchist, the new America. Danger, murder, thieves, everything evil survives in the first two Sanctions while in the third thrives a dictatorship with the plan to nuke the first and second Sanction. Three states however are exempt from any Sanction, many agree this to be a rumor, but a few are curious enough to discover the truth.
