Madeline and Lucas Scott are older twins to Nathan Scott, and although they dont like eachother they have accepted the fact that theyre related to him. Who they will never be okay with being related to is Dan Scott their birth father, the man they consider their real father is Keith Scott, his older brother/ their uncle. Karen Roe, their mom has raised them alongside Kieth, the twins and Nathan hadnt ever seen eachother till high school, and thats where their rocky high school friendshio started. Their last two years of high school were filled with drama, heartbreak, trauma and etc.
