20 experiments. 20 children. 10 towns. 7 survive. GIOVANNI is about a small country of only 10 towns. 16 years ago, a scientist named Lucas L. Giovanni collected 20 new born children and conducted experiments that gave half of them supernatural abilities, while the other half where given a tragic dose of Zerotyn, a deadly chemical that causes unpredictable and painful death. The sixteenth birthday of these children is the activation date of the Zerotyn, either triggering newfound powers, or untimely death. The children that survive will be taken to the Giovanni Academy, where they will learn to control their abilities, as well as how to fight.
