It's been years since the Kaiju were defeated and forced into the breach by Gypsy Phoenix and her pilots. After having thinking they won the war, another problem arose, humans able to change into Kaiju on a whim. With only one family being naturally Kaiju: the Todoroki family. The Resistance was created once it was found out by pilot Jax Jiovanna, a gifted Jaeger pilot and friend to Enji Todoroki, that Pacific Rim...had been corrupted by Kaiju controlling master Nyssa Wilson and her husband Slade. However, The Resistance itself would fall apart after the deaths of the pilots who started it: Jax and Enji, and all of their allies, so now...a new generation must take down the corrupt entity that is Pacific Rim.All Rights Reserved

By the time military forces had taken it down, it had already been 3 days, 500 miles, and millions killed. It reached the outskirts of my city. I saw it die, and as I fell, blood spurted out from it. It burned my right arm, badly. Since then, I was never allowed outside my village. And just 6 months later, the next Kaiju came, attacking another city this time, I saw it on the television. And then another came. And another. The people knew this wasn't going to stop. To fight monsters, they created monsters of their own: Jaegers. They were powered by 2 people, sharing a neural link. They started winning. I wanted to be a Jaeger pilot so badly, but my parents wouldn't allow it, and I understood why. But 10 years after the first Kaiju attack, everything changed.
