In dystopian futuristic 2031, Jesse, a cyber-boogeyman craves on pain of living beings. Only way for him to satisfy his hunger is to simply suck the human life force including through virtually.

The everyday human angst and vents has become a drug to him ever since the WW3D had ended, only for Earth, now the Grim Terra, to become the most devastating planet to live in.

The addiction has gotten worse when he begins to target, a young survivor Olivia, who has the ability to detect the presence of malicious viruses and ghostly hackers, including Jesse. As she tries to escape from the cyber-boogeyman, she discovers Jesse may not be the real threat to the remaining humanity.
