A girl who has an experience of feeling left out by a grade section whom she once thought is the best section ever. Not even her elementary and senior high section can compare. She once felt so belong in that group but not until COVID came and eventually lose connection from everyone. She misses them so much. Their bondings and the memories they shared, they were like family. However, she realizes it's not the same anymore. Over time, she discovered by herself that her existence now didn't matter. Contemplating further, and realized it's her fault. She didn't contribute any efforts to maintain her connection with them. Siya ang dumistansya, kaya anong dapat niyang iexpect? Masakit man pero napagtanto niya rin na hindi na niya dapat ipagpilitan pa ang sarili sa kanila. Marami ng nangyari, at marami naring nagbago. Not all bonds would stay the same as it was. Years passed at kinalimutan na niya ang lahat ng 'yun. Kinalimutan narin niya ang klaseng damdamin na'yun. She started just being herself, having fun, and even learned how to take risks. She studied college for one year in Idaho US but eventually came back in the Philippines to continue her education. But little did she know, the university where she transferred to in her country becomes the place that bring back all memories she once buried in her high school days after seeing someone whom she once had feelings with. "Do you.." her voice cracks. She can't see any emotions from his eyes. Tho feeling hurt and already expected something, she still tried to continue what she's been meaning to ask. "..still remember me?"

For the booksmart yet naïve 16-year-old Nicky, high school in her quaint little hometown island in the Philippines had always been predictable. Until that senior year. Nicky thought she got things all figured out. She'd be very good at school and be the valedictorian of the single-section class of 2010 of the highly looked-up science high school in their island. And then, she'd get a full scholarship to her dream university. All was fairly well except for a few things like grappling her feelings towards a long-time crush. Just when Nicky thought she could get through high school without too much boy-drama, a somewhat seemingly love life with a boy or two and suddenly, maybe even three was finally catching up with her during the last few months before high school graduation. She had never thought she could be wrong about a person. And that she could always be wrong about boys... ✨✨✨ Sidenote: I wrote this from November 2010 to April 2011, only a year ahead from the time set in the novel. This was fully uploaded on Wattpad in September 2013 for safekeeping. I hadn't gotten back to it in so many years nor find any means and time to promote it. This had long been completed but still needs edit. Enjoy reading! Cheers! P.S. This is not exactly a love story. And yet, it may read a lot like it.
