It is a short story about a man named Nandu who finds himself stuck outside the city on a moonless night as his bike brakes down. He had to leave his bike there and walk on the dark, empty road with fields around. The bats in the trees are his only companions. He finds no person or house nearby, but then a car passes through that road, and then he meets John. Who is this John? What happens next? Read the story to find out what happened.

In a town where death remains a mystery, and burial is an utter secret. Those who walk along the wrong path, shall feel his presence. An angry presence. He's gone, but he's everywhere. - "Somebody's out there!" "How do you know it's a person?" "Because nature doesn't commit these vile acts." The scene's tension lingered. The rain tapped along the raincoats of those who stood beneath the oak tree in the middle of Norwich, Pennsylvania. They were at a secluded park. Nothing but trees and rain. The rain and soft breathing from the other individuals were all that could be heard. The occasional pounding of one's heart could be heard by the human ear. The squishing dirt beneath the weight of another was heard from a couple miles away. The mud oozed upward in between the toes of whomever the person had been. Their small everyday concerns of change , college and their ever- shifting relationships with each other cross their minds as they work out their future, sitting on the beach watching the most spectacular sunset they have ever seen. Their seemingly idyllic lazy day suddenly turns horrific as the pleasant evening suddenly descends into utter chaos as the five protagonists are faced with a force of nature beyond their imagination. The sheer immense impact of the event, overwhelms them momentarily, even though they survive , seeking and drawing courage from each other. They choose to linger on the beach, however, determined not to give into fear and make the second fateful decision to continue their planned beach break. Emotionally and physically exhausted , the college students check into a decrepit lonely Hotel and sink into a deep-deep sleep as they subconsciously process the evening and their sheer escape. The night is calm till a mysterious knocking on the window at 3 am wakes them into a living nightmare as true horror stalks them. And a bridge between the terrible past and present is created and a dark linkage to the 1970 murders is revealed. The students have to use their last dregs of strengths and humanity to fight what confronts them. And a supreme sacrifice will have to be made. The final terrifying confrontation, devastating in itself, will not only utterly change them but alter their very perception of the world they live in.Complete

Its Leah again here to rant about how obsessed I am with the new kid from NYC. He has such a bad boy vibe, not to mention all the rumors floating around town about why he got sent here. We don't get a lot of excitement around here in this small town. I spend most of my time as a ball of anxiety, but painting helps. Not only does she have a new crush in town but there are a bunch of other secrets that have been coming to light with every sunrise the town sees. This town might be small but boy is there a lot of drama. The town police don't know what's worse, the splayed out animals or the missing high school girls. Leah doesn't know what to think as the town she knew as her home falls to shambles. Will she fall with the town or will she run away with the mystery man she has a secret obsession with.
