the continuation from my first part of this story:
after kakyoin accepted the offer from giorno, he decided to leave jotaro and run to Italy to heal his broken heart and trust that once he gave to jotaro. while he is away to italy, jotaro will do all his might to find his mate again, he knew what he did is wrong and he need to explain to the omega and begs him forgiveness, even if it will take him years. due to the separation, both of their physical and mental health is getting worse.
