When Sir Mercyhale, a good and virtuous knight with absolutely no vices whatsoever, hears word of a damsel in distress, he immediately sets himself to the task of finding her, with no hesitation and certainly no swaying by bribery. And so, he sets off on his quest, accompanied by a certain annoying talking dog, and is, of course, mightily heroic all the way.
