Sans doesn't remember a time when he had his own name. He always wakes up as a Sans, but everything else is constantly changing. He is an observer meant to simply watch the AUs, not change them. He has believed this for a very long time. When Sans begins to learn more about his Multiverse, and the problems in it, the burning urge to protect is reignited. How can a nameless, bodiless spirit change anything? The entire Multiverse may just depend upon him figuring it out.

This is Glitchtale, but the beginning is different. Instead of Sans being his usual self, he turns into himself from Dusttale, where he killed all of the monsters and gained some of their magic.
