Iris has a severe case of amnesia. She doesn't remember a single thing before she woke up half-blind in the village of Hage and was saved by a boy named Asta. The only things in her possession are her grimoire and a silver flower pendant, but neither jog her memory. With nowhere else to go and no memories of anyone to reconnect with, Iris follows Asta on his journey in an attempt to find someone - anyone - who might recognize her. And not only that, she decides to make the best of the life she has left and to make it her own, living the way she felt she would have wanted to pre-amnesia. When she becomes a Magic Knight alongside Asta, what will become of her? What friendships and relationships will unfold? And most importantly, who is she?
