based on personal experiences , stories heard of or witnessed , I am writing this book as letters that would contain some crucial points on how when we are hurt , broken or our lost, we could find a small crack throught that iron walll of thoughts and emotions ! 

This book will talk a lot of mental health and might be triggering in same cases , please note  that will reading!

I made the choice to suffer when life is meant to be lived and enjoyed.
