This book is a basically for ones who need that one straw to float on while drowning ! 

based on personal experiences , stories heard of or witnessed , I am writing this book as letters that would contain some crucial points on how when we are hurt , broken or our lost, we could find a small crack throught that iron walll of thoughts and emotions ! 

This book will talk a lot of mental health and might be triggering in same cases , please note  that will reading! 

ALSO! Biggest note: It would be better , if you start to  journal , how reading this book makes you feel and your own version of experiences !

I hope I can heal at least one part of your life through this book!
