Part two of "Little Lilith" Chapter 2. 'Nail paint and puppy dogs. Part 1' Art edit is owned by me. Based on a meme by Kenny Deuss. Aziraphale (Owned by Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett) confesses some truth regarding a Late Lover to his Forever Lover (Crowley). You Are So Loved! | Good Omens - Ineffable Husbands Fic
A new angel is sent to monitor the humans and report back to Heaven as a replacement for Aziraphale. Despite pretending so well, and doing such a good job of fitting in with the humans for quite awhile now, she slips up, and reveals her identity when she senses such an immense amount of love in someone that she just can't believe it. "You are so loved!" She shouts at the person she feels this from, before running away stuck in her jealousy. This left Aziraphale to ponder why there was another angel on Earth, but he figures it out quickly. What he does have trouble with, is figuring out who in his 6,000 years could have loved him so much that it throws off an angel in disguise. Which is Crowley's cue to panic. Warning: they're both dumbasses. Also, lots of fluff. Crowley and Aziraphale part ways after Crowley finally admits his feelings for the angel. But it would be naive to think the two beings could simply stay out of each other's way, when it's so obvious (and canon!) that they like each other. Crowley has a secret, something he can barely admit to himself: he is in love with Jenna Kingsley, an American woman who doesn't even know he exists. What happens when she befriends Aziraphale and he introduces her to his demonic best friend? Embarrassment, catatonia and profuse sweating (obviously), but also the chance for Crowley to form a real relationship with her, something he's fantasized about for three years. Additionally, he has the opportunity to learn more about her, as does Jenna herself, who didn't know she could heal wounds or sense lies until interacting with angels and demons. "Oh. Yeah." Crowley shuffled his feet, looking surprisingly boyish. "Come to New York with me tomorrow?" Aziraphale blinked. "Why?" "To see how Warlock is doing," Crowley said, as if that was obvious. "Warlock?" He blinked again, and Crowley looked annoyed. Unfortunately what came out of his mouth was, "You were the one who suggested killing the boy." "It wasn't personal." Crowley took off his dark glasses, apparently the better to glare at him. "He's still our kid." "B-but, Crowley, he's not our kid," Aziraphale said helplessly, wondering if Crowley was going insane or if he was. "You're a terrible father for an angel," Crowley said, accusingly. "I'm a demon, and I make a far better mother." --- Aziraphale is almost certain that Crowley is only being perverse.
