Amy has never been the one to walk away, she get's left, but she never leaves. As her long-term relationship with Michael is falling to pieces in front of her face, there's nothing she can do. Now, she's developed a friendship with Nathan, a nursing assistant working in the ER with her. Very quickly, it becomes clear that Nathan's intentions aren't as pure as she thought... but his words are everything she's ever wanted to hear and his promises don't sound as empty as the ones Michael makes.
