Koby Smith has had a rough life. Moving from home to home and family to family within the Foster Care system, Koby has never been able to form any real connection with people. Even when he is surrounded by people... he's alone.

When a new program is introduced into his school, however, Koby finds himself in the midst of receiving anonymous letters from his peers at the request of his therapist.

Accepting all of these new 'pen pals', Koby starts to see he isn't alone. Though, one particular sign-off piques his interest and he realises maybe he's feeling more than a connection with whoever is on the other end.

And Parker is his roommate. They dislike eachother... Until they don't. READ FULL BEFORE STARTING THE STORY: TW: This book is written lightly, but has also some really serious themes that I want you to know about before reading. It talks about abuse and there are some scenes where a character is having a panic attack. If this is too close for you and you don't feel comfortable reading things like that then It might be best to not start reading /genuine <3 I want you to know before reading that this is a book with a good ending! I'm saying this because I know how devastating it is for some people after reading a story all night. If you've made it this far, thank you for reading! Much hugs to everyone:)
