She moved before she could think. Right as she lunged forward the shooter noticed her. It was a teenager, he looked between her brothers and her. Out of shock he fired three times. She bit back her scream and tackled the boy. He fired two more times before she wrestled the gun out of his grip and kicked it away. She then pinned the male down. Panting, she held him in place, until the police came. The moment they got there she looked at them, then shot up to her feet, ignoring the wounds in her shoulder and torso. She ignored the warm liquid dripping from three bullet wounds in her torso and the two in her shoulder. All barely missing her chest. But the blood flowed like rivers from her wounds.

She ran into the bathroom, calling out to her brother. He came out but froze at the sight of his elder sister. His eyes red from silently crying once again began to flow with tears. He let out a choked sob. The older female lunged forward. Engulfing her younger brother into a tight hug. But then her knees buckled. She fell but her brother caught her. He began to drag her out of the bathroom. Calling out for help, holding hope despite knowing she was already fading. Realizing the adults can't help. He dropped down, placing his sister's head into his lap and cried as the woman who raised him began to fade away. The kind light that was once in her eyes began to fade away. Her breathing began to slow. Her eyes began to close. He just cried even harder as she died in his arms. The policemen cried with the boy as they restrained the shooter. In the end there was one death.

In a different world. In a different reality. In a world where superhuman powers exist a girl shouldn't have been born. A girl who will one day hold extraordinary powers. A girl who could either destroy the world or save it. A girl who shouldn't exist. Should not, yet does know. A girl who may just be the last hope of this world. Will she be the hero this world needs? Or will her presence help with its downfall?

Disclaimers I do not own nor claim to own either the characters or the world of MHA, the same is said to be true for any and all artwork, I downloaded them from google. I did do some light Photoshop work on the cover but nothing I could really brag about. Warnings ANGST, major character death and pain. This story will hurt to read and even though I am a fan and supporter of happy endings you are just going to have to read to find out how I will manage that. DEKU is going to DIE. You have all been warned. Summary; At the age of 23 the heroes Deku and Dynamight are on a mission together when feelings come out, messy and sloppy, terrible confessions later hurt and angry they turn away because of their inability to communicate with each other. It goes so far that Deku can not even bring himself to call him Kacchan any more, now calling him Bakugo much to the confusion and concern of their friends and coworkers. Everything changes though when as usual Deku doesn't think and moves, his need to save Kacchan, his Kacchan, driving any and all other thoughts from him, he dies in Bakugo's arms. Hours passed but Bakugo can't move from that spot, on his knees he just holds Deku's limp, lifeless body in his arms. Deku's last words repeating themselves over and over in his head. Tear tracks could be seen by anyone who dared to look at the broken hero in his grief. Suddenly time seems to stop, when he looks up he sees rain floating as if frozen in time, a woman shrouded in a green hood stands in front of him, most of her face covered by her hood, he could only see her mouth and chin. "Do we have a deal, Hero?" She asked her voice closer to bells than that of a woman's. "I have a condition, I can't ever see him die again. Give me his injury and let him live," Bakugo's words hung in the air and a clap of thunder rang in air when before there was none, there was now a flash of lightning above them, also frozen in place. "Deal."

●COMPLETED● (Fa-cade) noun An outward appearance that is maintained to conceal a less pleasant or creditable reality. Bakugou Katsuki kept up the Facade his entire life. Nobody knows the truth. About the pain he feels when having to go home for the holidays. The pain when he's alone in his bed at night, not being able to sleep. The pain he feels when any one of his friends write him off as strong. Or temper-filled. Or anger-issued. They don't know the truth. They don't know anything! And how Katsuki wanted to tell them. The things he's gone through. But people wouldn't care. He's Bakugou fucking Katsuki. He's the strong, loud, violent, and angry one. The one with no feelings at all. Or not being able to... feel. When all he does is feel. All he does is drown his emotions in drinks, drugs, and blades. But if he spoke out, they'd hate him. Hate him for what he got himself into. For the way he got addicted to the drinking, smoking, and cutting so easily. So fast. And his mother didn't care. She's never cared. He opened up, and she told him to toughen up. To just... be anything... but himself. Be a Facade. ~~~ Just FWI, I freaking love Mitsuki. But, she is a 'bit' abusive towards Katsuki. And that time she hit him in front of Aizawa and All Might, he acted like it happens daily. (Which I'm sure it does) UPDATE: nvm I hate Mitsuki (I'm not sorry-) Warnings! WARNING: Viewer discretion advised. This story contains descriptions of murder, suicide, sex, and other mature content. Spoilers also ahead. ~~ What if Deku wasn't born quirkless? What if the reason for Katsuki's hurtful words had to do with the dark past Inko desperately tried to keep hidden from the outside world? What if becoming a hero wasn't the answer after all? ~~ My eyes widen. "I've decided. Young man, you will inherit my quirk." I let out a sigh of relief, laying down on the ground as my anxiety fades. I'm overwhelmed with joy, tears streaming down my face as my body is overcome with brutal exhaustion. I don't plan on using this power to become a hero, but All Might doesn't need to know that. I can't think of being a hero, or anything else for now. I need to get stronger, even stronger than my father. Wait for me mom, Kacchan, I'm coming. ~~ After that night, things only became harder for Izuku. The mental pressure was too much, to the extent that it took an unhealthy turn. Izuku could barely handle the pressure of having no one to rely on, torn between becoming a hero and being taught how to assassinate by the killer of heroes. It wasn't long before his sanity began to split. ~~ "It's okay. Honestly, you're the first person I've met who doesn't think my quirk is more suited to become a villain.." Shinsou said. After spending so much time with villains, I no longer thought of the word the same. "If you ask villains their story, you'll probably think they'd make pretty good protagonists. We always see things from the hero's perspective but we rarely ask how the villain ended up the way they are. The heroes are the real villains if you ask any villain, and even villains can be a hero to someone." ~~ I killed someone. I know he deserved it, yet I still couldn't look down at my own hands the same. Dried blood covered the bandages I wore around my wrists when I train with Stain. I had no choice but to accept it. I became a hero killer.
