Rumors abound that a powerful manananggal, a mythical creature with the ability to sever its upper body from its lower half to become a monstrous winged entity, is wreaking havoc.

As Constantine arrives in the sweltering heat of Tarlac, he's met with skeptical villagers and an aura of fear that permeates the air. He befriends a local healer, Maria, who knows the lore of the manananggal all too well. Together, they delve into the mystery, unearthing a dark history of a cursed lineage intertwined with forbidden magic and ancient rituals.

As the moon rises over the jungle, the manananggal's terrifying presence becomes more pronounced. Constantine and Maria must navigate a treacherous web of alliances and betrayals within the Barangay to uncover the truth. Along the way, they encounter an assortment of mythical beings from Philippine folklore, each guarding a piece of the puzzle.
