Before the Villain tried to attack Izuku, A rising vigilante, who was also his mentor for the past year, would appear in front of Izuku, save him and his bully, and would change his life along with 9 other kids, for the urgent better. This was the Blue Turbo Power Ranger; Justin Stewart. But as soon as he got to the MHA Universe, he would have the identity of Blue Turbo. After defeating the villain, Justin would take Izuku back to I-Island, which became his base of operations. Once there, Justin along with his wife and David Shield explains to why they are here, and Izuku would get to become what he always dreamed of, and more.
