The reader will change genders, but that's all that changed. For example, in Byakuya's Oneshots you're still rich if its changed from female to male (I'm sorry if this confused you, I'm confusing myself-)

There never was a killing game and this story will mostly revolve around the protagonist and this is also a boys love story meaning there will be homosexual relationships and mature content so please beware. Hey this is a danganronpa mastermind Byakuya AU. It is also a Naegami. It's hard to go into details about the AU because it kinda rewrites the story. So just Junko actually died.
