Phoebe Conklin, the girl with no clue on how she wants her summer to go. Phoebe always imagined she would end up with 'Jeremiah Fisher' the boy she's been in love with, ever since they were kids. Phoebe would never have the confidence to tell Jeremiah how she felt, she was to scared that he would reject her and their friendship would break apart.
