The classic horror movie scenario: Male killer trying to kill either a single teenage girl or a group of teenagers, while the main target ends up being a teenage girl, who normally is, what some might say, attractive.
Well what happens when one day that all changes? What happens when a girl finally snaps and decides to become the killer? What will happen when she tries to figure out that question that just keeps nagging at her. That's all she wants to know..... or is it.
