This is the last story of my Karna series where I want to write the story of his most unknown Son, Vrishaketu. He is the son of a greatest Archer and warrior of India, Karna. He is rumoured to be the son of his second neglected wife Supriya, worshiper of Karna. By birth he was Surpriyo, but unfortunately the Boy knew himself was Padmanav or Son of his first wife Padmavati. Why was his relation with his son Soumyajit very complex and complicated who took the peace loving nature of his father as a sign of his Kawarta or cowardice? Why did Vrishaketu prefer his twin nephews, the sons of Padmaja and Pradumna, Shaturghna and Tamoghna, over his son and why so? Why did Parikshit hate him and later repented hard? Why did his other nephew Soumayajit worship him like a God? This is the story of heartbreak, lust, love, pain and lifelong agony, endless trial to prove himself worthy, fight against the social hierarchy and stigma, discovering of true identity and love. It may contain some mature contents. The story is completely mine based on the story of Uttar Mahabharat time and a purely fan fiction. No resemblance with any living or dead. Snippets of alternate outcomes in the lives and enduring love story of Can Divit and Sanem Aydin. When I started out with this story, I only intended to loosely base the 'short piece' on the events in Bolum (Episodes) 17 & 18 however, I got such positive feedback, I decided to stretch it out a bit. I'm still unsure how far I will stretch it but so far, I'm enjoying writing it and will keep going till I run out of steam. I can't think of any show/movie that I've watched in recent times to which I have reacted as I did when I watched Erkenci Kuş. The characters hooked their claws into me and wouldn't let go. I rooted for Sanem and Can; cried and laughed with them; railed at and cursed their detractors and finally rejoiced over their reunion. However, the ending was so rushed. After all the angst we were put through with their relationship, I felt robbed of an extended happily-ever-after. What we were given was too short. I hope to right that wrong, amongst others, with this story. Though I only watched the show in Jan/Feb 2023, I have since rewatched it countless times. There were certain parts of the plot which wound me up so much so this is me writing what I wished had happened. Enjoy!

This is an AU story inspired in the original dizi of Erkenci Kus. I had some ideas to many open points that where left without a reply. I missed a different approach to some of the characters like Yiyit or Huma or even Ayhan and why not Derem and Cey Cey. In my thoughts they deserved another end at no way these characters had a fair exit in the story. However to make things more interesting and amusing I have just come to the idea that Mr. Wrong should be around and we shall see what happens with all of them. So some characters and things and could be slightly different from orginal serie. I beguin after Can leaves with Polen to the Balkans and Sanem remains in agency and is working at her book already with Yiyit. Another note, the famliy Divit has 2 sons Can and Emre and a daughter called Lale. This is my first story and Im not experienced in writting. I haven't got the rights of the characters from the original story.
