A Wedding's Runaways

For as long as the Kingdoms of Prikar and Taila co-existed, war was an inevitability. But as the 102nd year of unrest came to a close with the arrival of spring, a unique opportunity presented itself. Tiarina, a daughter of the Prikar Kingdom, had been coerced into agreeing to wed a prince of the Taila Kingdom, Ivar, under the pretence of fostering diplomatic relations and fostering peace between the two Kingdoms. What neither knew, however, was that they shared a mutual goal: to flee their fates.
