Hilda and the Mermaid Debacle

For starters, I do not own the characters in this wonderful and whimsical show and movie. I did not create the world of Hilda or contribute in any way to the comic books or whatnot. This is my mere expression of my take on the characters. What is written here is not set in stone or professional, but intended for the joy of the reader and frankly for the author as well. I hope this piques your interest.

This is a story about a teenage girl named Hilda during the summer before her sophomore year of high school. When Frida takes a trip to the United States of America, Hilda and David are left on their own to face the adventures of the summer. Perhaps, a great sea beast will show its face and bring Hilda and David on an underwater adventure to save a life and maybe their own?
