Wrote this story for my history assessment on the Boxer Rebellion. The rebellion took place from 2nd of November 1899 to 7th of September 1901 in China. The insurrection started as anti-foreign, anti-colonial and anti-Christian and was responded to by a coalition of countries composed of the British, the USA, Italy, Germany, France, Russia, Austria-Hungary, and Japan. This particular story is based on the 1963 film '55 Days at Peking,' which takes place during the Battle of Peking.

Xuan Huaifeng hated that person so much. Harassed him when he was a classmate, and bullied him when he was a boss. If that guy hadn't used some method to sneak into his room and spend the night, he wouldn't have been forced to study in England by his father, and he wouldn't have been separated from the person he really liked. But in this flashy and turbulent era, no one can guarantee who will always be in power. His father, who was the commander of one party, fell down, and he also changed from a handsome noble son to a shy teacher. Just when he tasted the warmth and coldness of the world and was hit one after another, the person he liked did not appear, but that person did. That person──an old classmate from back then, now the powerful customs chief, Bai Xuelan.
