I'm a Freak with MPD (Justin Bieber)

Justin Bieber, a perfectly out there person who literally lives in the Hospital. He has Multiple Personality Disorder and to add to it he shapeshifts into his alters. Yes you read that right, his hair color, eye color, hairstyle/length, and height change when his personalities change. He has to live his life feeling like a freak because the doctors don't know what bizarre disorder he might have that makes him shapeshift.
