The Altera Region is known for its abundant and dangerous environment, as well as its abundant amounts of Flux energy. Flux is a potent natural resource that has various applications in the world, including Pokémon battles. However, the region also faces a threat in the form of Alter Pokémon.
Empowered by an unknown red energy that not only makes these Pokémon stronger than regular Pokémon but also strangely aggressive towards humans and other Pokémon alike, Alter Pokémon are considered to be one of the most primary threats to the region. Thankfully, the Altera League was established in order to fight the threat and encourage strong Trainers to protect everyone by rewarding them with fame and glory.
And now it's time for her future to be decided.
Three best friends will soon embark on a journey across Altera. Their adventure will define their futures and decide the fates of more than just themselves and their friendship. What new challenges and discoveries await them? What new friends and foes will they meet? Will they be able to figure out the mystery surrounding the Alter Pokémon?

4 Months after the ending of Pasio University, the students return from Summer break and are ready to get back to University for Sophomore year. things are different now than they were months ago though, the team are now Champions, and have a constant target on their back. Rational, and irrational. An example would be spiders, they are an irrational fear. To some they're nothing but a pest, but to others they're their worst nightmare. Another example would be if you had a bad past, I guess it depends on how you look at it. But what if you had a secret, that could destroy the human race as we know it? Make the world seem that much more dangerous. More exciting. Add a new factor to everyday life. What would happen if everyone suddenly knew about your dark secret, or more importantly, what would they think of you? Would they push away, or join you on the crazy roller-coaster of life.
