The past, the present and the future had to do something about it. Because once time was dominated, the surrender of it would affect the time of each universe.
Everything has an order, a flow of continuity that should not be altered because the chaos would be eternal and repetitive.
Many wanted to avoid and stop that day in which time was dominated and humanity destroyed, but each one had a different purpose.

Humanity. It goes beyond the common definition of: "a collective group of humans". It's a sense of benevolence. One may act; 'for the sake of humanity' and there are; 'crimes against humanity'. We're supposed to be proud of the human race, yet... humans are self-destructive. A group of elite alien race came to Earth and proved once and for all that we were our own worst enemy.
