The story about us
This story is based on my real-life experiences, though I must admit - I'm not entirely sure how real-life stories are usually written. Since this is my first novel, I'm still exploring how much one is allowed to modify the truth while telling their own story. The journey begins from my school days and continues through my college life - the phase where it all began, and eventually, where the love story seemed to fade. Will this story have a happy ending? Burdened (Short Story)
I was 16 years old when I found out that it was possible. I was living in an apartment with my boyfriend at that time. He and I took our high school classes online together. I met him when we were 14, just being dumb and clueless. I didn't know that I'll be his girlfriend at the age of 15 or that I was going to live on my own when I'm 16. I was just in my curious 14 year old body trying to get over my new monthly bleeding schedule. He and I wanted to become actors as a career, so we took college classes as well. At age 16, I worked 2 jobs at the mall and he was fixing cars at his father's garage shop. We were happy and in love. During our 16th year of age, we decided to do the big IT. It was amazing since we both took each others' virginity and luckily knew how to use condoms. It was impossible to stop. We did it non-stop, but that ended quickly when I stepped out of the bathroom with tears in my eyes. I was pregnant with Matthew Connor's baby. And I wasn't ready.
