Mitbelle Tyneques is one of the oldest members of the dark brotherhood she was a member a few years after it was formed and was just a lowly assassin until she was bitten by a vampire. She was bitten at the end of the second era. After that, her skills really took form and slowly rose through the ranks. However, after the Oblivion crises and the fall of the brotherhood, she went into a deep slumber as a way to keep herself safe but if she needed to awaken she gave her location to the listener.
