Link x Reader. A story taking place in Hyrule Warriors.

You lived in Termina, a place where the rich prospered and the poor suffered. You were one of the many people living on the streets, giving everything you had to your beloved little brother who was your only happiness in the terrible and unfair world. A promise to someday go to Hyrule in search of a new life is instantly crushed when the one close to you catches an unknown disease. What happens when his time is shorter than you had imagined? What will happen to your happiness when you're transported right in the middle of a war?

She must leave Hyrule Castle, her home, with no one but a knight at her side. She leaves with a promise, a promise to return some day, an army at her side and retake her kingdom, liberating her subjects from the King's tyranny. This is a Zelink story but I doubt it will be as good as my first Zelink story, 'A Princess Problem' but let's give it a try.
