After World War III, the war between almost every country, Earth came to a screeching halt. New cities and governments were formed but in exactly 100 years time, they fell. Eventually, humanity gave up. Only a small few still believe that mankind has a chance and even they are small in numbers and practically known by none. Just a fairy tale even to them. So they travel to the planes, beautiful and seemingly limitless realms, the core of it only to be breached by a certain few called The Others. They try to reach and communicate with the spirits that reside there with no luck. Until they meet 20 year-old Sam Archer, the last Other needed to talk to the spirits and bring the world back to it's senses.All Rights Reserved

The Advisors, the ten women governing the world, want to assimilate the people of the island, not knowing that those people have an extreme advantage over them. Maxine also learns that her family has been lying to her about who she really is. Ultimately, when the Advisors come to destroy the island, she must face the fact that she is the key to the island's salvation, and embracing her rapidly developing abilities is the only way to do so.

BOOK 1 From the moment the Declaration of Independence was signed, there were people who didn't agree with it. This included a small group of politicians who called themselves Chaos. They vowed to someday take over America and start over with a utopian society where everyone would have a common goal. They slowly infiltrated the government, filling it with corrupt leaders. They planned a mass attack on the U.S. on July 2, 2076, Americas 300th birthday. On that day, they assassinated the president and began bombing in New York. Unfortunately, Chaos only had about 200 soldiers so they came up with a technology to implant a chip in the nervous system and essentially control them. So basically, each solider could make a civilian a soldier and the civilian would be forced to fight and make soldiers of their own. The whole operation snowballed and everything went according to plan. Unlike in other stories, there is no hope and the only way to survive is though the CPO (citizen protection organization), created by Benjamin Franklin. It's a system of secret subway tunnels, used to evacuate civilians to safely. Out story begins on July 2, 2076 when the first bomb drops. Madalyn Grace and her friends are caught in this apocalypse and must find away to leave.
