Reich has been found alive, and the countries are deciding if he should still be punished for his actions. It's been over seventy years since he was "dead" and they don't know what to do. Soviet is over-joyed that he is alive, but he keeps it to himself. What will the countries decide? What will happen with Soviet and Reich? And will anyone else appear?
