Dark jewel Government is an organization that trains agent, not the typical agent that the government use to assassinate their opponent but a class +A Agent. Where they eliminate those who works with the drug lords specifically the group of George Willson with his right hand, Helena Myer.
The dark jewel government (DJG) have the authority to do it cause they collaborate to the government literally, to the president of the country which means they are legal. They eliminate for a reason not for fun or pleasure to kill someone but for justice and peace of the country.
They also work for the NBI in case of back up they also spy some of the running for senators, governors in different provinces and cities. That's the life of Cassandra Smith a class +A Agent who works for her father Alejandro Smith Jr. who secretly had a lair in the DJG or the Dark Jewel Government.
