Beaten and Broken (Lost Hope AU)

When two kids, both hurt by the people they should be able to trust most, find an escape, they for sure as hell take it.

Y/n L/n is not a normal kid, neither is his friend, Luz Noceda, they were both relatively happy kids, although Y/ns parents were to put it lightly... not the best... but he pushed through it until one day, he and Luz went too far, and got sent to camps, Luz to a conforming camp, and Y/n... a camp for troubled teens.

Luz was still her weird self after the camp, and that made Camila wig out, and she took it out on Luz, who became jaded and mean, she also gained a fear of blood, a fear of getting hurt, and a bunch of bruises thanks to Camila.

Y/ns camp was different, it was like juvie, but worse, he was constantly stripped of his privacy, dignity, and sanity, they forced him to talk about things he didn't wanna, almost starved him, and lets just say he "fell" a lot. It. Was. Hell. and he was turned into a panicky, depressed, and violent wreck.

at least they have each other, and soon, they plan an escape, and end up in a weird and scary world.

what could go wrong?
