Alternate Tinker Bell movie ideas

Now I wanted to say, this is one of those films I think should've existed. And to some alternate reality, it could've existed, though I would picture it as somewhere either on 2001, just after Atlantis: the Lost Empire but before Disney PIXAR's Monsters Incorperated, or perhaps on 2006 just after PIXAR's Cars. You see, the reason why I thought of it, is because it would've made the six Tinker Bell movies so far more like Prequels compared to this film, and also set before the events of Peter Pan.
Though you can help out and post up any ideas or suggestions how it can turn out.

Hi, everyone! I thought of writing a remake based off of the original Disney animated movie. As much as I loved 'The Nightmare Before Christmas', I'm gonna try something interesting here. I don't know if it should be a musical or not. I might go for the story without the songs involved. I have watched Disney remakes lately. The Pinocchio one recently on Disney Plus was good. Monster Beneath The Surface (Solangelo AU)
Everyone in town knows about the sea monster. Every night, he goes into town to find his prey. He lures them in with his voice, only to bring them back to the ocean, to eat them. Few survive this, and the people who do, they lose their mind, like they were cursed. You can only gather from them that he was beautiful, his voice was like an angel's, and that when he took you into the ocean, he became a monster. He only hunted young men, women, teens, and the occasional twelve-year old. It was terrifying, because the people had no way to stop him. Every night, someone would go missing, or come back insane. They knew he lived in the ocean, and when people tried to bomb the area where they thought the monster lived, they would either be cursed, or just eaten by the sea monster himself. And the people who came back insane, they would always wander over the fact that the monster had not even a scratch on him. Teens, young men and women would fear for their lives, and lock themselves in their houses at night. But only one person refused to hide, either in bravery or utter stupidity. That person was Will Solace. So basically, this story is based on the cover art of the book. I just thought it was such a great idea and wanted to put it to story. I saw another person do this and they used the same cover art, and I hope you guys like my version! I, personally very much like it and hope you guys do to!
