The long lost siblings

Charlotte Rose Myers and Liam Anthony Myers (soon to be Valor), we're taken away from their brothers and dad, by their mother when Charlotte was three and Liam was six. The first few years of them living together was fine, until their mom met their stepfather. Things took an ugly turn and has progressively gotten worse. That was until the siblings got news that could change their life's.
