(He may be popular, bold, handsome, and sexy but he's so arrogant, jerkish, a total turn-off, pervy, and demanding!)

I'm Elsa Lee Rhindale. Also known as Ellie. I'll be spending my senior year in the most prestigious university in New York and I don't want to ruin it. I've been trying so hard to make my school year as peaceful and worth living as possible, taking care of my reputation and name as the heiress of the Rhindale Luxury Hotel.

But then it happened. Jack Rivory Frost appeared out of no where like a harsh blizzard, trying to control me and induce me into something out of nothing. He therefore makes my life miserable than ever, having the agreement of living with me in my own apartment while we study in the same university.

Jack. He's the heir of Rivory Hotel Inc. Our families are rivals when it comes to the industry and the business. No doubt, suspicion will get to me with his mischief and plans to grab the opportunities. There's only one thing that shocks me from him-- He's being sweet to me. Sweet as my favorite dessert in the world. Pie.
