Every ten years every thirteen year old were-cat of any spieces are sent out into the wild.The worthy will find Camps to train in. The others will share a different fate. Leo Amor is one of the many were-cats sent into the wild. Three days before Marking Day he expieriences visions of what is going on outside his village walls. The stakes are higher than before and this time only five were's will make it to a camp. But apart from that there is a new danger. Leo is being chased by assasins after his mark is revealed to his pride. He was adopted into his pride. After the leader told him he was found alone surrounded by a pack of wolves. But lie after lie has piled up and finally the truth threatens to break through. Leo is found torn between what is true and what is fake. All that matters to him now is survival. Making it to a camp could save him. but really only the truth can set him free. With his cat Dakota now known he heads out into the wild. He was born wild and will stay wild born
