Poet's note - This is a poem I wrote about trains in 2019. Trains have always remind me of freedom... kind of ironic isn't it? Since trains are the LEAST "free" of all the transportation devices... They can't go anywhere they want, they have to stay on tracks! If they go off, they will get stuck, surely! But it's something about them... I don't know. The ability to travel anywhere you desire, with quite a cheep ticket! The way they don't stop for anything or anyone. The way the drive in rain or shine, day or night. I find it all so alluring. So I wrote a poem about it. Hope it's not to boring of a topic, or too repetitive.
