The mermaid hybrid

Erica Rothery is an half witch and half mermaid who though is a witch,has lived a life as close as normal can get but the day after her 16th birthday,rikki turns to a mermaid while having a bath.her grandma gives her a diary that belonged to her mother and she discovers that a drop of water on her skin turns her to a mermaid within 15 minutes.how would she live a normal life now?
