She's gone, I'm reminded everyday that I've lost her. Because of me, I may never see her again. I vow from this day on that nothing will keep me away from finding my sister. Nothing will ever get in my way again. Not even the hungry, red eyes that leer over me at this precise moment. Some say the world will never be the same again, that we are stupid to even believe it, but I disagree. The journey has only just started and now my story will be told.

The Horde

The zombie apocalypse started in April. Hannah couldn't fathom how she was able to remember something so irrelevant, although when she has over a year of isolation from any other living human being it's startling as to how much detail and information one person can manage to reminisce. She was 15 years old when it began. Now, she was turning 17 and nothing had gotten better. If anything, everything had become harder. Human extinction was inevitable and the probability of surviving wasn't just slightly possible, it was impossible. Especially when she's alone. Disclaimer- Any similarities to other stories or films is purely accidental and not done intentionally. Obviously, I adopted the idea of zombies and do not claim to have created them.
