It was a very painful moment for him as it had only been a month after Miyazono Kaori passed away. Due to his father's death, Kousei became very depressed. He almost lost control of his psyche because of the sorrow encircling his heart. He's still a minor and so, he was required to go into an orphanage. Seto Hiroko knew that Kousei would need a loving home while on medication on his depression after adopting him. Will Kousei be able to be happy again after all of the trauma he received in his life? And most importantly, Kousei's rivals? Will Kousei be able to express his feelings towards Kaori, and can she save Kousei from his hell before it is too late? ----- As you can tell, this is an alternate retelling of Your Lie in April. But the fates have been reversed (and before you ask, Kousei is the ill one, not Kaori, who is far from that in this story), which will make for quite a gripping, if not heart-wrenching story, maybe more so than the original. ----- Please note, I do not write fanfics often, but I feel this is a story the needs to be told.
