Your not afraid of the dark. Your afraid of what's in it. The soon to be eighteen year old Marcus has moved to a old, strange and abnormal house in Miami. Ever since he moved in, he's experienced odd figures appear in his room. The faint sounds of tapping on the window, scratching on his walls and the groans that come from the dark corners of his room scare him to death every night. No one would believe him if he talked about it. Not even his best friend Stella who's been with him since his first day of his new school. She notices Marcus's strange new appearances ; dark eye bags, his skin turning pale, and bruises on his body. The only person who would believe him, was his little sister Cyra. She may be only eleven years old, but after looking at every true crime she wouldn't doubt he's telling the truth. • Weekly posts! Garcia, Justine, Bateman, Lee, and Claire were driving through unfamiliar woods when, late in the evening, their car got a flat tire. Stranded and with night quickly falling, they decided to search for shelter until morning. After some time, they stumbled upon a deserted, run-down cabin deep in the forest. Exhausted, they chose to stay there, unaware that what they had just entered wasn't a refuge-but a dangerous trap waiting to unfold. *** "Or haunted," Bateman muttered, staring at the window. "What do you mean?" Claire asked. "Gracia was right," Bateman said, standing up. "I saw the shadow move just now." Lee sat up in surprise. Seconds later, a loud bang echoed through the tiny room as someone-or something-knocked on the door. ~#5 bestseller ~#1 dangerarghty ~#8 ghoststory ~#2 greatstories ~#4 horror thriller ~#17 fright ~#27 bestbookonwattpad ~#19 beststoryever ~#33 ghostbusters ~#19 darkforest Please vote if you enjoyed the story! 😊 I'm open to feedback and happy to make corrections.
