This book is the submission for the contest of Write to Rank 2021 in which every chapter represents different themes given by the contest's admins with the main genre of action. "I'm certain you will become a pro hero someday." Hawks opened his eyes and looked up at me, his soft smile making my heartbeat fasten. "You really think so?" I nodded and tucked one strand of his hair behind his ear. I didn't even think about what I was doing. I wasn't scared to embarrass myself anymore. I wasn't even thinking about anything anymore. Nothing surrounding us mattered. My brother could come running towards us standing in flames and I'd still need to be slapped some sense into before I would react. Hawk's smile grew a bit, but stayed soft. "If I become a pro hero, you'll be one too. Let's... be heroes together. Like a duo or something... Like partners. You have crimson hair and I have crimson wings. It would fit so well." I smiled brighter at him. The thought of growing up and becoming heroes with him made me so happy. - But things can change so fast. Someone can become a completely new person in only a few years. Two childhood "friends" meet after many years again and realize that their feelings for each other haven't faded at all. But can a villain and a hero really be together or are they destined to fall apart?
